About Mustard
We turn broken, complicated systems into simple, visible, and user-friendly workflows.
With faith as small as a mustard seed, we believe small improvements can transform an entire business.
Our Story
Mustard began the way all great ideas do — with a conversation at home. One afternoon, Wanda and I were dreaming about what this business could become when she suddenly looked at me and said, “Mustard.”
I laughed and said, “Okay, I love it — but explain it to me.”
She smiled and said, “It just came to me. Mustard makes every sandwich better — it’s the small ingredient that ties everything together. And Jesus said if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can move mountains.”
That hit me. The mustard seed — the smallest of all seeds — grows into one of the largest plants in the garden. That’s what Mustard stands for: small, faith-sized improvements that create massive growth.
Wanda is the heart and vision behind this brand. I’m the one who builds the systems — but she’s the one who reminds me why we’re doing it: to serve people with purpose, faith, and integrity.
Who We Are
We’re Luke and Wanda Blando — a husband-and-wife team who believe that faith, family, and good systems can change everything.
After years of working inside growing companies, we kept seeing the same pattern: incredible people trapped inside broken processes. Tools that didn’t fit. Teams that couldn’t communicate. Leaders flying blind because their data lived in spreadsheets.
We built Mustard to fix that — creating simple, teachable systems that bring people, data, and operations together in one place.
