the Mustard application and related customer portals;

any related services we provide in connection with the Mustard platform.
If you are a customer using Mustard under a separate signed agreement, that agreement may include additional terms about data handling. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
